Glenridge Middle School

Darlene is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner.  She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from USF in 1997.  She then started her pediatric career at Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital in Orlando as a RN. She then continued her education at UF where she received her master’s degree in pediatric primary care in 2001.  She has since worked in both primary care private practice and school-based healthcare.  Darlene has been the pediatric nurse practitioner at Glenridge MS since 2019.  In her free time, Darlene enjoys spending time with her husband and two college age children outdoors hiking, biking, and in the pool.
